The challenge, for those who may not have been following developments here, was to create a course using the two feature ingredients, avocado and feta cheese, with any number of additional ingredients, if so desired. Two prizes were up for grabs, a copy of my book ...

... and a guest blogger spot at the stellar Lazaro Cooks! After a month of receiving entries, I'm almost bursting to announce the winner, but first, we would like to say a huge "Thank You" to all our fabulous participants for taking the time to think up, execute, photograph, post and send in your entries. Without all of you, there would've been no challenge! Your enthusiasm took us all by surprise and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. You also made it nearly impossible to decide on the winner, something over which the three of us almost came to virtual blows ;)  There are some phenomenally talented bloggers out there!
